When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets paid in full with be sent to you directly via email after purchase.

How do deposits work?

If you chose to pay a 5€ deposit to reserve your ticket, you can collect your tickets when you arrive in Ibiza at one of our points in San Antonio or Playa Den Bossa, where you will then pay the remainder of your balance and receive your club tickets.
